  • Effective Exercises You Must Know For Natural Height Increase

    The idea of growing taller may not be revolutionary but in this time and age, having knowledge on how to increase height naturally, safely and effectively is crucial for a person to establish dominance in the society.  We live in a world where taller people are referred with greater respect and are often perceived to be with better personality than their shorter counterparts.  If you feel that you can do better with extra inches to your height, there are ways that you can grow taller naturally but you have to be prepared to do extreme stretching exercises each day that last a minimum of 15 minutes per session.  You will have to be committed to the exercises and do a variety of stretching exercises, some of them I will introduce them to you in this article.

    The cat stretch is one of the most popular stretching exercises that you should in a comfortable environment like your living room.  First, get on all fours then arch your back as far as it can go then try to place your chin on your chest when you are comfortable with the position.  Hold the position to the count of ten before releasing slowly, taking a few seconds rest then do another set.  Do about three sets a day for maximum benefits.

    The cobra stretch is another very effective exercise.  You can grow taller by doing this stretching exercise, first lie on the ground facing down then stretch your palms in front of the shoulders.  Lift your chin towards the roof as you arc your back at the same time without using the hands as support.  Toe touching exercises are simple but are also very effective in increasing your height.  Dong these simple stretches to grow taller should give you results within a few weeks of thorough and regular exercising.
