    Are you tired of doing the same old boring abs routine? The chances are so is your body.

    If you find yourself not doing easy ab workouts and instead doing exercises that really do not work well like regular crunches on the floor then you need to fix that.

    fix it by doing effective ab exercises like reverse crunches and hanging knee raises. To do reverse crunches simply lie on the floor. You should lying on your back with your knees up in the air and they should be bent at about 90 degrees.

    then bring your knees back to your chest and forward again. That way you really target your lower abs. They are the hard to reach place.

    You can also hit them pretty hard with hanging knee raises. Do these by simple grabbing a hold of a pull up bar. With your palms facing out. Then straighten your body out. Lift your knees up so that you touch your chest with them then bring them back down again.

    That is one rep. Ideally you should be doing around 3 sets of 10 reps. Thsi is great for beginners who want to get abs with some solid easy ab workouts.

    Then there is your diet. Clean out any junk food that is associated with your current eating habits. Eat healthy natural foods like lean meats, fruits, and veggies. These are the kinds of foods that should be the staples of your overall diet. With these tips and tricks you should be good.
