Simple steps on how to treat acne scars at home

Acne vulgaris does not choose who to strike by the age of puberty. So anyone is most likely susceptible to it especially since it can be easily acquired through heredity, environment, hormonal changes, stress, and lots of other factors. Mild acne can be treated with a mild cleaning regime containing salicylic acid, a component present in most acne medications that control the production of sebum. Use over-the-counter products as acne treatment. Choose benzyl peroxide if the case is more severe.

NATURAL ACNE SCAR TREATMENT

For skin discoloration and scars, use lemon juice to fade them away. Lemon extract contain acids that can regenerate the skin and bleaching properties that can lighten it at the same time. For more efficacies, mix it with yogurt before applying on the face because yogurt has lactic acid and good bacteria that help clear and soften the skin as well.

HEALTHY DIET

Having a healthy diet is my favourite form of acne prevention. Just by eating lots of fruits and veggies, you can easy conquer acne since these organic foods will supply vitamins, zinc, and anti-oxidants that your body need to boost the immune system and flush out toxins.
