If you change your diet and even train the same, I guarantee you will become skinny, over a healthy period of time. The best way to rational out your meals is one protein & water shake in the morning when you start your day, another at night before you go to bed (your muscles continue to heal and repair in your sleep) and an additional 4 nutritionally balanced meals in between those two. A good way to deliver your body with a consistent supply of protein, is to divide the average number of grams of protein your body should be ingesting (body weight x 1.5g’s = total) by 6 and then that is the amount of protein you should be getting per meal. Ex: 180g ÷ 6 = 30g per meal (6x/day)
Another good rule to live by when you’re trying slim your body is to avoid fast food at all costs. No matter how good it smells, looks, or tastes, do not give in, unless it’s a well deserved reward; anything that comes prepackaged is not too healthy and probably doesn’t hold anywhere near the nutritional value you’re going to require.
