    Total body cleanse is a program that eliminates the toxic and the unwanted products from the digestive system as well as from the blood. When detox takes place, it makes us feel uncomfortable but the results are very satisfying giving more energy in the body with the boosted health. The cleansing program is simple and inexpensive, which can be performed on our own. There are few instructions that can be followed for detoxification cleanse. Just help your body to get detox more gently without any emotional and physical stress by removing the processed foods, sugar, and fatty food before you start with the program. We should also omit eating red meat and the dairy products. It helps to improve the effects of the total body cleanse and the experience gets better for you. After starting the program, for first two days, eat only fresh, natural fruits and vegetables. You can also have lemon juices and olive oils along with nutritional yeast. But do not eat salt, if possible avoid it.Let your body get cleanse by getting purely raw diet from the third day. We have to build toxics found in food and environment, so to get them we should choose fresh and natural fruits and vegetables. In this program eating is not a problem, you can get more creative with your diet and can have as much as food you can. But try to get 100 percent raw food in your body, as it has live enzymes and rich vitamins and mineral contents.
