Touching the skin aggravates Facial Eczema
Regardless of what you may think, touching your face a few hundred times a day is not a good idea if you have facial eczema. Every time your hand touches your face the skin contacts all the other things you have made contact with. It is no surprise you have developed a bad case of facial eczema.
The presence of eczema on your neck and face, and possibly your eyelid skin has been caused, in most cases, by allergens or agents which have irritated your skin. The natural barrier of your skin has been breached by these substances and caused an aggravation of your condition by crossing several layers of your skin and becoming more and more invasive as it spreads. The normal response of your skin is that of developing eczema.
Great natural treatments exist to date. These treatments will give you the ability to maintain the health of your skin by allowing it to heal rapidly when faced with a case of eczema. None of these methods will prove efficient unless you restrain yourself from touching your face and spreading the allergens and creating constant exposure to irritants.
The fact that germs live on surfaces you come in contact with is well known but constantly ignored. This method is the same manner by which flu and cold germs become so tough to drugs. The very same surfaces of the objects you come in contact have allergens and irritants on them.
Each hand shake with a person who uses hand lotions and washes with sanitizers welcomes irritants. If your computer and phone were cleaned with cleaning substances they most likely have allergens and irritants present on their surface and you are coming in contact with them now. Your printer’s toner or your copier may be a reason for allergy and eczema. A dusty book, even spicy food can be a cause for allergy and eczema for some people.
As you have already noticed it is easier to come in contact with dangerous substances which will damage your skin, causing you facial eczema. If you desire eliminating eczema from your life completely stop touching your face and limit the use of cleaning substances to a minimum!
