And, don’t you worry, as you will not have to spend unending hours in the kitchen attempting to make them. Let us take a fast look at some easy yet entirely mouth-watering tea time break recipes.

    When it is about tea time nibbles, nothing works better than sandwiches. They are not just be filling but also easy to make. You can stick to the standard plant or chicken sandwich. Or you also have the option of discarding them to try something new. You can try egg salad sandwiches, cucumber mint tea sandwiches, goat cheese and watercress sandwich.

    Another great option for tea time nibbles is toasted teacakes. These nibbles are sweetened yeast based forms which are very light in nature. You may add a royal touch to them by adding dry fruits like peel, sultanas, currants and the like. When serving teacakes, ensure that you have them split and toasted a bit. Besides you may also add some butter and you are all ready with your tea time snack.

    Victorian tea straws are also a great accompaniment for your tea. They’re especially preferred by kids and are easy to make. To prepare, you may need require cheddar cheese, baking powder, butter, plain flower and salt. Simply make dough of these ingredients and then roll them out on a floured board. You may use a cookie cutter to make complicated shapes out of the dough or cut it into strips and bake them on a baking tray for 10-12 mins or until done.

    Potato lovers can opt for roasted potatoes as their preferred choice of tea time snacks. These are also handy to make and are simply scrumptious. Use baby potatoes for this recipe. You want to boil, peel and marinate them in your fave food dressing or spice and put them in the microwave for a few minutes and voila! You’re done.

    Plant cutlets are another entrancing tea time recipe. Get all the vegetables that you have at home. Half boil these vegetables and allow them cool. Keep more of potatoes and less of other plants. Now, mash all the vegetables with your hands and turn them into dough. Add a slice of bread or 2 as this may make the binding of the veg easier. Now, make tiny balls of the dough and coat them with breadcrumbs. Deep fry and sever hot with sauce.

    Serve these snacks along with freshly brewed tea and tea time is going to be like never before.
